Base Salary
$150k - $300k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, train, and ship content moderation classifiers and detection pipelines.
- Own safety systems end-to-end, including model development, production monitoring, and incident response.
- Investigate abuse patterns and develop durable technical mitigations.
- Partner with policy and legal teams to operationalize safety standards in scalable systems.
- Contribute to the safety roadmap and help define future technical priorities.
Requirements
- 3–7 years of experience in trust and safety, content moderation, or a closely related field.
- Hands-on experience building and shipping ML classifiers or detection systems.
- Experience operating production systems, including pager duty, incident triage, and shipping fixes under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving ability and comfort working across ambiguous, high-stakes problems.
- Genuine motivation to work on safety problems.
