Base Salary
$147k - $210k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable AI solutions for Google’s enterprise functions.
- Collaborate with ML engineers and leads to develop reusable enterprise AI primitives.
- Drive innovation in AI and agentic solutions for Google’s business functions.
- Partner with product management and UX on product roadmaps and feature scope.
- Lead by example and communicate directly.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- At least two years of programming experience in Python or C++.
- At least one year of experience with applied machine learning.
- Experience architecting and developing distributed systems.
- Preferred: master’s degree or PhD in computer science or a related technical field.
- Preferred: two years of experience with data structures and algorithms.
- Preferred: experience with core GenAI concepts such as LLMs, multimodal systems, and large vision models.
- Preferred: experience with concurrency, multithreading, and synchronization.
- Preferred: experience developing accessible technologies.
