Responsibilities
- Lead the design, build, and configuration of applications.
- Act as the primary point of contact and subject matter expert.
- Collaborate with and manage the team to support performance and delivery.
- Make team decisions and contribute to decisions across multiple teams.
- Provide solutions to problems for the immediate team and broader teams.
- Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments to meet deadlines.
- Analyze and troubleshoot application issues.
- Support software testing and validation processes.
Requirements
- Minimum five years of experience in Design for Testability (DFT).
- Proficiency in Design for Testability (DFT) is required.
- Strong understanding of application development methodologies.
- Experience with software testing and validation processes.
- Familiarity with project management tools and techniques.
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot application issues effectively.
- 15 years of full-time education required.
