Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of applications delivering vital reports to government officials.
- Collaborate with the product manager to determine product technical needs and direction.
- Write functional and maintainable code while upholding high engineering standards.
- Mentor junior engineers on the team.
- Build partnerships with infrastructure stakeholders to facilitate technical execution.
- Work with engineers, designers, and other stakeholders on AI-powered application features.
Requirements
- Background in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of software engineering experience for the Senior Engineer level.
- At least 1 year of demonstrated technical leadership experience for consideration at the Staff Engineer level.
- Strong knowledge of software architecture and design patterns.
- Familiarity with full-stack web technologies such as ReactJS and Spring Boot.
- Strong communication skills for explaining technical concepts to technical and non-technical colleagues.
- Passion and self-direction.
- Singapore Citizenship is required.
