Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end technical delivery of full-stack services and platform architectures using Node.js, Java, and modern web technologies.
Design and evaluate scalable microservices and reusable full-stack modules aligned with product objectives.
Own production services and maintain 99.9% availability through monitoring, logging, and distributed tracing.
Define engineering standards, conduct peer reviews, and improve system efficiency, security, scalability, and maintainability.
Drive automated quality assurance using test-driven and behavior-driven development practices.
Translate product roadmaps into technical specifications, execution plans, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies.
Mentor team members and promote clean code, continuous integration, and modern software patterns.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or Information Engineering.
3–5 years of hands-on experience building and operating full-stack software solutions in production.
Advanced JavaScript/Node.js and Java programming experience for end-to-end web applications.
Expertise designing, building, and operating scalable microservices on AWS or Google Cloud.
Experience with automated testing and test-driven or behavior-driven development.
Experience implementing application observability and telemetry using logging and distributed tracing tools.
Familiarity with Agile practices such as Scrum and with CI/CD, automated builds, and deployment automation is preferred.
