Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain robust and scalable platform features.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver user-centered solutions.
- Participate in code reviews and support junior developers.
- Contribute to architecture discussions and technical decisions.
- Ensure code quality and performance through testing, monitoring, and optimization.
- Help define and maintain engineering best practices and DevOps practices.
- Evaluate new technologies and approaches to improve the platform.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of software development experience with complex web architectures.
- Strong PHP backend development skills, ideally with Symfony.
- Strong knowledge of relational databases, including PostgreSQL and MariaDB, with the ability to optimize SQL performance.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and modern DevOps practices.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to code quality.
- Clear communication and the ability to collaborate with product, design, and engineering stakeholders.
- Technological curiosity and an interest in experimenting with new approaches.
