Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and evolve core technical patterns for Reveleer’s software platform.
- Write high-quality code, prototypes, reference implementations, and reusable components.
- Provide hands-on technical guidance through pair programming, design reviews, and code reviews.
- Lead designs for distributed systems, cloud-native patterns, API development, and multi-tenant SaaS.
- Partner with data and AI teams to integrate applications with pipelines, analytics, and ML or LLM services.
- Identify performance bottlenecks, technical risks, and architectural gaps and drive pragmatic solutions.
- Mentor engineers and lead cross-cutting projects that advance the architecture and codebase.
- Partner with product leadership to align technical foundations with roadmap delivery.
Requirements
- Deep experience as a hands-on Staff-level engineer working with distributed systems at scale.
- Strong background in cloud-native engineering, preferably AWS or Azure, and SaaS patterns.
- Experience building or supporting data and AI workloads, including ML or LLM integrations.
- Ability to translate complex technical challenges into clear, actionable solutions.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and mentorship skills.
