Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design and develop backend systems for large-scale Knowledge Graph construction and integration.
- Architect scalable microservices that transform buyer and seller activity data into structured knowledge entities and relationships.
- Build data orchestration layers for continuous generation and maintenance of large Knowledge Graphs.
- Collaborate with Applied Science teams to integrate Knowledge Graph signals into machine learning and search-ranking models.
- Define and enhance entity embeddings, graph traversals, and semantic similarity measures for ML applications.
- Lead cross-functional efforts and provide architectural guidance for graph-enabled products and structured data systems.
- Drive technical innovation to improve product search, recommendations, and selling experiences.
- Create technical documentation, conduct design reviews, and mentor peers in Knowledge Graph development best practices.
Requirements
- At least seven years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation.
- At least two years of experience designing and developing backend systems for large-scale Knowledge Graph construction and integration.
- At least two years of experience architecting scalable microservices for processing user activity data into structured knowledge entities.
- At least two years of experience building data orchestration layers for large Knowledge Graphs.
- At least two years of experience integrating Knowledge Graph-derived signals into machine learning and search-ranking models.
- At least two years of experience defining entity embeddings, graph traversals, and semantic similarity measures for ML applications.
- At least two years of experience leading cross-functional efforts and providing architectural guidance on graph-enabled products and structured data systems.
- At least two years of experience driving technical innovation across Knowledge Graph and structured data domains.
- At least one year of experience with technical documentation, design reviews, and mentoring peers in Knowledge Graph development.
Benefits
- Base pay is listed at $187,741.00–$262,700.00 per annum, with potential target bonus and restricted stock units excluded from the base salary range.
- Benefits may include medical, financial, and other benefits, 401(k) eligibility, paid time off, and parental leave.
- Partial telecommuting is permitted from a commutable distance.
- The schedule is 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- The role is an at-will position.
