Responsibilities
- Deliver BPA and integration solutions that meet customer requirements and quality expectations.
- Analyze business processes to identify inefficiencies and implement measurable improvements.
- Design and configure workflows and robust integrations with external systems.
- Develop and maintain backend components using PHP and the Laravel framework.
- Implement API authentication mechanisms and handle data transformations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration and workflow issues efficiently.
- Collaborate with Technical Leads, Project Managers, and customers to refine requirements.
- Document integration designs, workflows, and technical decisions clearly.
- Recommend product and process improvements based on customer feedback.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in backend software development using PHP, preferably with Laravel.
- Experience building and consuming integrations via web services, including REST APIs and SOAP/XML.
- Solid understanding of API design and integration patterns.
- Experience using Git for version control, with collaboration through GitHub.
- Ability to understand customer and business requirements and translate them into technical deliverables.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Experience or familiarity with Business Process Automation (BPA) concepts.
