Responsibilities
- Install, upgrade, configure, and support SCADA and digital solutions applications in cloud environments.
- Design and implement medium to complex software solutions based on customer requirements.
- Develop custom solutions, integrations, scripts, workflows, reports, and system visualizations.
- Troubleshoot software, hardware, communication, and SCADA-related issues.
- Support customer requests, system enhancements, technical training, software testing, and release validation.
- Lead small to medium-sized projects and contribute to project planning and budgeting.
- Conduct customer visits, maintain documentation in Salesforce, and follow safety, quality, security, and operational standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation, or a related field.
- Minimum seven years of relevant experience.
- Experience deploying and debugging enterprise software in Microsoft environments and knowledge of Microsoft Server Operating Systems.
- Experience with ETL tools and techniques, application integrations, and RESTful APIs.
- Knowledge of IIS, web security, authentication, and authorization.
- Experience troubleshooting software and hardware issues and working with SCADA software, hardware, protocols, and OT/IT architectures.
- Programming knowledge in C#, PowerShell, SQL, or Python.
- Ability to serve as a technical lead for medium to large projects.
- Preferred qualifications include CygNet SCADA, ForeSite or similar platforms, data analytics and business intelligence, AWS Cloud services, Oil & Gas production optimization and artificial lift, RTUs, PLCs, communication devices, and customer-facing software support.
- Strong communication, planning, organizational, crisis-management, and independent-working skills; bilingual English proficiency is required.
