Responsibilities
- Develop, design, code, and enhance custom software components across systems and applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and multiple teams on technical decisions and solutions.
- Act as a subject matter expert and contribute to team decisions.
- Mentor junior team members and help improve their skills.
- Evaluate and improve software development processes for greater efficiency.
- Deliver scalable, high-performing solutions using modern frameworks and development practices.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Python programming.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.
- Experience with modern frameworks and libraries relevant to Python development.
- Familiarity with Git and version control systems.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
- Experience with AI Agents and Workflow Integration is preferred.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
