Responsibilities
- Define and drive the technical vision for the Clumio platform's control and management plane.
- Lead complex, high-risk initiatives from problem definition to production delivery.
- Translate customer and business needs into clear technical requirements and system designs.
- Mentor Principal Engineers and guide teams through ambiguous design challenges.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on technical standards and roadmaps.
Requirements
- 12+ years of professional software engineering experience with ownership of complex production systems.
- Proven experience leading high-impact technical initiatives.
- Strong ability to translate business and operational needs into technical requirements.
- Deep experience in designing distributed or cloud-native systems focused on correctness and efficiency.
- Demonstrated ability to make critical technical decisions and communicate trade-offs effectively.
