Responsibilities
- Onboard customers to Workato by providing technical consulting, guidance, and enablement.
- Gather integration and automation requirements and lead the solution design process with customers.
- Advise on deployment models, governance structures, integration design, and implementation best practices.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to review customer requirements, provide feedback, and identify platform enhancement opportunities.
- Demonstrate Workato’s business automation capabilities across direct deployments and embedded solutions.
- Act as a trusted customer advisor and advocate while delivering an outstanding customer service experience.
- Conduct post-onboarding deployment health checks and advise on integration and process optimization.
- Create and improve presentations, demonstrations, best practices, architecture patterns, and online courses for customers and internal teams.
- Manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in solutions and implementation consulting.
- Knowledge of integrations and system design principles, database technologies such as SQL and PostgreSQL, and on-premises and cloud-based deployments.
- Experience with the software development lifecycle and developing, supporting, and troubleshooting integrations.
- Experience with at least one integration platform, such as Workato, Tray, TIBCO, Dell Boomi, MuleSoft, WebMethods, or Oracle Integration Suite.
- Experience with cloud business applications such as Workday, NetSuite, Salesforce, ServiceNow, or SAP is preferred.
- Experience with web development frameworks, JavaScript frontend and backend development, OEM or embedded SaaS solutions, and embedding third-party integrations or iframes is preferred.
- Ability to create quality technical documentation and communicate complex technical concepts effectively in English.
- Strong collaboration, analytical, critical-thinking, prioritization, research, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
