Responsibilities
- Meet with customer analysts to understand critical questions and pain points.
- Identify relevant datasets through engagement with customer workflows.
- Work with customers to build bespoke workflows for new user groups.
- Lead training sessions to ensure product effectiveness and user adoption.
- Present results and proposals to audiences from analysts to executives.
- Collaborate with Software Engineering and Product Design teams.
- Build and deliver demos to new and existing customers.
- Scope potential engagements in new industries and locations.
Requirements
- Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking business Korean.
- Ability to tackle open-ended problems in unstructured environments.
- Experience with programming or statistical packages is a plus.
- Willingness to travel 25% to 75% as required.
