Responsibilities
- Visit customers and meet analysts to understand critical questions, workflows, and pain points.
- Identify relevant datasets and partner with Forward Deployed Engineers to integrate data into stable, extensible pipelines.
- Build bespoke workflows for new user groups and lead training sessions to drive product adoption and operational impact.
- Present results and future-work proposals to audiences ranging from analysts to C-suite executives.
- Embed with Software Engineering and Product Design teams to translate field insights into broader product offerings.
- Build and deliver demos for prospective and existing customers.
- Scope potential engagements across new industries and expanding global locations.
Requirements
- Fluent business Korean in reading, writing, and speaking is required.
- Ability to take on open-ended problems in unstructured environments.
- Strong analytical curiosity, attention to data details, user empathy, and product intuition.
- Adaptive, introspective, and willing to learn, teach, lead, and follow.
- Programming, scripting, or statistical-package experience such as Python, R, Matlab, or SQL is a plus.
- Ability to travel 25–75%, depending on location and team.
