Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and deliver software features aligned with sprint goals.
- Collaborate with Scrum teams to refine requirements, estimate tasks, and deliver work on time.
- Participate in code reviews, maintain technical documentation, and contribute to continuous improvement.
- Investigate and resolve complex production issues involving crashes, data inconsistencies, integration failures, and performance problems.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes or enhancements for recurring and high-impact issues.
- Support production deployments, hotfixes, rollback procedures, and post-deployment stability validation.
- Collaborate with DevOps, QA, support, and development teams and communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Document solutions, workarounds, and known issues and provide guidance and training to junior employees.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience developing end-to-end web applications using Microsoft technologies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science, MCA, or equivalent qualification.
- Strong experience with .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET Core, MVC, Web API, Postman, Angular, JavaScript, TypeScript, jQuery, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Working knowledge of Cosmos DB, Elasticsearch, Redis, Azure Functions, Azure DevOps, MSSQL, event-driven architecture, domain-driven architecture, and microservices.
- Experience with UI testing and unit testing using tools such as MSTest, Jasmine, Moq, NUnit, and Karma.
- Understanding of object-oriented programming, authentication and authorization, OAuth2, OpenID Connect, and service-oriented architecture.
- Experience with code reviews, troubleshooting complex and performance-related issues, writing efficient code and queries, and applying programming best practices.
- Experience working in Agile, preferably Scrum, and strong analytical, communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
