Responsibilities
- Configure and customize ServiceNow modules and portal features to meet business needs.
- Manage application releases and maintain compatibility, performance, and system stability.
- Use APIs, web services, and low-code/no-code platforms to implement application solutions.
- Monitor application performance and troubleshoot operational issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement enhancements.
- Document configuration changes and maintain detailed system modification records.
- Participate in team discussions, solve work-related problems, and provide guidance to junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in ServiceNow is required.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow Portal is required.
- Experience configuring and customizing ServiceNow modules is required.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow integrations using APIs and web services is required.
- Ability to use low-code/no-code platforms to develop and deploy application solutions is required.
- Strong problem-solving skills and understanding of release management and version control are required.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
