Base Salary

$80k - $133k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to product design, testing, documentation, and demonstrations of new software capabilities.
  • Research customer requests, industry standards, and specifications to help define product requirements.
  • Collaborate with software developers to build robust, well-designed, high-quality software.
  • Provide best practices, user documentation, and technical assistance for the product.
  • Develop and deliver results within time and resource constraints in the software development lifecycle.
  • Communicate with clients and stakeholders and partner with product management and software development teams to identify and deliver product capabilities.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of professional experience in a similar position with similar responsibilities.
  • Professional experience supporting commercial software development.
  • Professional experience developing, executing, and interpreting automated, functional, regression, and performance tests.
  • Bachelor’s degree in GIS, geography, computer science, or a STEM-related field.
  • Preferred experience using monitoring tools in real-world scenarios.
  • Preferred experience with ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Portal, ArcGIS Enterprise, and/or ArcGIS Online.
  • Preferred experience with ArcGIS Aviation, aeronautical charting, airports, or similar products and domains.
  • Preferred experience with complex enterprise systems.
  • A master’s degree in GIS, geography, computer science, or a STEM-related field is preferred.
