Base Salary
$80k - $133k/yr
Responsibilities
- Discover customer needs and craft geospatial solutions for the defense industry.
- Configure ArcGIS applications, tools, and information models for industry-specific uses.
- Contribute to product design and customer experience improvements.
- Collaborate with customers and software development, business development, and professional services teams.
- Draft and review product briefs, presentations, and documentation.
- Design, author, execute, and analyze manual and automated tests for functionality, performance, scalability, and durability.
- Assess product quality and release readiness and maintain existing ArcGIS Solutions.
- Present and evangelize solutions to internal and external audiences.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of professional experience in the defense industry and experience applying ArcGIS to specific industry workflows.
- Demonstrated ability to document and build GIS workflows.
- Bachelor’s degree in geography or a related field.
- Creative problem-solving, teamwork, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Preferred: knowledge of defense and intelligence workflows.
- Preferred: programming experience with scripting languages such as Python or Arcade.
- Preferred: experience configuring web-based GIS applications.
- Preferred: experience with ArcGIS Pro.
