Responsibilities
- Create functional and technical specifications and implement scalable CRM solutions.
- Configure and customize SAP C4C, including business rules, workflows, approvals, ticket routing, KUT fields, and UI personalization.
- Integrate CRM solutions with SAP ERP and non-SAP applications using CPI, microservices, BTP, or similar middleware.
- Implement and test REST, SOAP, and OData APIs and deliver stable, scalable, high-performance solutions.
- Develop and maintain code, configurations, technical documentation, and data migration deliverables.
- Collaborate with CRM developers, domain experts, cloud-native developers, product teams, and global stakeholders.
- Follow release governance, Agile practices, and DevOps practices while supporting frequent production deployments.
- Support Contact Center and Field Service business processes and deliver prioritized product backlogs.
Requirements
- University degree in Engineering, Management Information Systems, Business, or a related area.
- At least 3 years of experience as a functional or techno-functional CRM professional using SAP Service Cloud, Salesforce, or similar CRM solutions.
- Hands-on experience integrating CRM solutions with SAP backend or non-SAP applications using CPI, microservices, BTP, or similar middleware.
- Experience configuring and customizing SAP C4C solutions, including business rules, workflows, approvals, ticket routing rules, KUT fields, and UI personalization.
- Hands-on experience with REST, SOAP, and standard OData APIs in C4C.
- Fluency in at least one of .NET, Java, Python, or Node.js, plus front-end and back-end development skills.
- Experience with data migration techniques using Data Workbench, CSV, or Mass Data Maintenance.
- Experience with at least one of Azure, Power Platform, or MongoDB.
- Understanding of ABSL, UI Script, and UI Designer in Cloud Applications Studio SDK is preferred.
- Experience with test automation, testing, and test tools is a plus.
- Strong communication, analytical, conceptual, learning, and technology development skills.
