Responsibilities
- Assist in developing, testing, and debugging embedded software and firmware for hardware-based systems.
- Support integration of software and hardware components for system functionality and performance.
- Contribute to automation tools, test frameworks, and software utilities.
- Participate in system validation, data collection, and performance analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to troubleshoot issues and implement solutions.
- Document software designs, test results, and technical findings.
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of embedded systems, software development, and computer engineering principles.
- Familiarity with C, C++, Python, or similar programming languages.
- Understanding of software debugging, testing, and problem-solving techniques.
- Knowledge of Git or similar version control platforms.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Preferred exposure to embedded operating systems, RTOS, embedded Linux, software build systems, scripting, automation tools, embedded software, firmware, hardware-software integration, or system validation.
- Knowledge of digital signal processing, communication protocols, or embedded hardware concepts is preferred.
