Base Salary
$144k - $214k/yr
Responsibilities
- Architect, design, and build scalable analytics and sales-tooling solutions used by AWS teams globally.
- Develop AI-powered tools and conversational agents using generative AI, large language models, and Amazon Bedrock.
- Build and integrate Model Context Protocol services connecting sales data to agentic AI experiences.
- Implement intelligent automation and self-service tooling to replace legacy manual processes.
- Partner with technology, business intelligence, finance, product, sales, and field operations teams on end-to-end seller experiences.
- Maintain data platforms spanning data modeling, pipeline infrastructure, reporting artifacts, and self-service analytics.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of non-internship professional software development experience.
- At least 2 years of non-internship experience designing or architecting new and existing systems for reliability and scale.
- At least 1 year of software development engineer or related occupational experience.
- At least 1 year of experience developing large-scale, multi-tiered, multi-threaded, embedded, or distributed applications using C#, C++, Java, or Perl.
- At least 1 year of object-oriented design experience.
- At least 1 year of experience designing and developing large-scale software applications, tools, systems, or services.
- Experience programming in at least one software programming language.
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or a related field.
- Preferred: 3 years of full software development life cycle experience, including coding standards, code reviews, source control, build processes, testing, and operations.
- Preferred: bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent.
- Preferred: knowledge of machine learning and LLM fundamentals, including transformer architecture, training and inference lifecycles, and optimization techniques.

- The listed base salary ranges are $158,100.00–$213,800.00 annually in New York and $143,700.00–$194,400.00 annually in Seattle; sign-on payments and restricted stock units may also be included.
