Responsibilities
- Analyze communicated requirements and develop technical designs.
- Research, develop, and implement solutions that improve the firm-wide cybersecurity posture and enhance CDRR products and processes using AI.
- Create documentation and support procedures and assist operations and SRE teams with operational work.
- Enforce the software development lifecycle in the development process.
- Investigate alternative technologies and present recommendations for architectural review.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of relevant experience is generally expected.
- Familiarity with Python and open-source frameworks such as PyTorch and LangChain.
- Experience with test-driven development, CI/CD tools such as Git, Jenkins, and TeamCity, and relational, NoSQL, or graph databases.
- Hands-on experience with generative AI technologies such as fine-tuning, distillation, retrieval-augmented generation, MCP, and A2A is desired.
- Knowledge of core AI/ML concepts and experience with data engineering are desired.
- Basic Linux knowledge and awareness of Docker, Ansible, Kubernetes, Splunk, and public cloud management are desired.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and a collaborative approach.
