AI Security Developer, Vice President, Cybersecurity Engineering

- Analyze requirements and create technical designs.
- Research, develop, and implement technology solutions based on requirements and designs.
- Build AI-enabled solutions that enhance the firm-wide cybersecurity posture and CDRR products and processes.
- Create documentation and support procedures and assist operations and SRE teams with operational work.
- Enforce software development lifecycle practices in the development process.
- Investigate alternative technologies and present recommendations for architectural review.
Requirements
- Familiarity with Python.
- Experience using open-source frameworks such as PyTorch and LangChain.
- Familiarity with test-driven development.
- Hands-on experience with Git, Jenkins, and TeamCity.
- Experience using relational, NoSQL, or graph databases.
- At least 6 years of relevant experience.
- Preferred experience with generative AI technologies including fine-tuning, distillation, retrieval-augmented generation, MCP, and A2A.
- Knowledge of core AI/ML concepts and experience with data engineering.
- Basic knowledge of Linux.
- Awareness of Docker, Ansible, Kubernetes, Splunk, and public cloud management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a collaborative approach.
