Responsibilities
- Build and maintain automated testing solutions for native mobile applications.
- Apply quality assurance practices to validate functionality, reliability, performance, and release readiness.
- Develop testing software using Java or comparable object-oriented programming languages.
- Identify root causes and resolve complex quality issues.
- Collaborate with engineers, product owners, and technical and business stakeholders.
- Communicate testing status, quality risks, and recommendations.
- Improve testing processes and contribute leadership through mentoring, coordination, and influence.
Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain automated testing solutions.
- Quality assurance experience validating functionality, reliability, and release readiness.
- Strong software development capability using Java or a comparable object-oriented programming language.
- Strong problem-solving, collaboration, communication, and continuous-improvement skills.
- Demonstrated leadership behaviors, including mentoring, coordination, and influence.
- Preferred experience testing mobile applications across iOS and Android.
- Preferred experience with Appium, XCUI, Espresso, CI/CD practices, or related testing technologies.
- Preferred experience with quality metrics, test coverage analysis, distributed Agile teams, financial services, trading platforms, regulated industries, or AI-assisted development tools.
