Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain Azure and cloud DevOps CI/CD pipelines for application deployments across development, test, and production environments.
- Implement automated build, test, and release workflows using YAML pipelines, Git repositories, and Azure DevOps Services.
- Manage and optimize Azure infrastructure deployments with ARM, Bicep, Terraform, or similar Infrastructure-as-Code tools.
- Integrate secure coding, automated testing, quality gates, and security scanning into deployment workflows.
- Troubleshoot pipeline failures, deployment issues, and cloud environment inconsistencies through root-cause analysis.
- Support containerized workloads using Docker and Azure Kubernetes Service.
- Monitor pipeline performance, improve engineering practices, maintain documentation, and provide technical guidance to junior engineers and cross-functional partners.
- Follow security, configuration management, change-control, and Agile processes.
Requirements
- Experience designing and maintaining Azure or other cloud DevOps pipelines, including YAML and classic pipelines.
- Hands-on experience with Azure or cloud services such as App Services, Key Vault, Storage, Networking, and Azure Monitor.
- Strong understanding of CI/CD principles, DevSecOps practices, and automated deployment strategies.
- Proficiency with ARM, Bicep, Terraform, or similar Infrastructure-as-Code tools.
- Experience with Git-based version control and branching strategies.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex deployment and configuration issues across cloud environments.
- Familiarity with secure development and compliance frameworks.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience supporting DoD or defense-sector programs is preferred.
- Knowledge of Docker, Azure Kubernetes Service, and security scanning tools such as SAST, DAST, and dependency scanning is preferred.
- Familiarity with PowerShell, Bash, or Python for automation is preferred.
- AZ-400, AZ-104, or related Azure certifications are preferred.
