Responsibilities
- Embed with enterprise and government customers to discover, scope, and structure automation use cases.
- Translate business processes into structured agent workflows on Silkrunner.
- Identify which process steps can be handled by agents and design implementation approaches.
- Own the bridge between customers and the product team by developing actionable implementation plans.
- Implement, configure, and iterate on agent solutions through production.
- Deliver high-visibility customer programs against tight milestones.
- Feed customer and field learnings into the Silkrunner product roadmap.
Requirements
- Proven experience in forward deployment, solution architecture, solution engineering, or implementation consulting with actual customer delivery.
- Ability to work with senior stakeholders, understand business processes, and scope them into buildable solutions.
- Strong understanding of enterprise processes such as procurement, HR, finance, legal, or security operations.
- Technical depth to understand platform capabilities, design agent workflows, and collaborate credibly with engineering teams.
- Experience mapping customer requirements onto platforms such as Palantir, Oracle, SAP, Salesforce, or Microsoft Dynamics, or working with their implementation partners.
- Ability to work autonomously and lead delivery in fast-moving, ambiguous, high-pressure startup environments.
- Based in or willing to relocate to the UAE, with regular on-site customer presence.
- Preferred: forward deployed experience at Palantir or a comparable company, UAE or Gulf-region experience, government or public-sector delivery experience in the UAE, hands-on LLM and agentic-systems experience, or Arabic language skills.
