Responsibilities
- Develop robust and maintainable software using established software development practices and standards.
- Participate in all parts of the software development process, including designing, implementing, and deploying scalable AI solutions.
- Optimize the computational efficiency of algorithms and software designs.
- Work directly with clients and consultants to develop new features for future product releases.
- Guide non-technical teams and consultants on robust software development practices.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to share software design and solution ideas.
- Contribute thought leadership, scientific papers, and conferences on behalf of BCG X.
Requirements
- Demonstrated passion for software development and large-scale data analytics.
- Experience applying software development practices to build robust and maintainable software.
- Ability to guide non-technical teams and consultants on software development best practices.
- Ability to optimize algorithms and software for computational efficiency.
- Strong problem-solving skills, intellectual curiosity, collaboration skills, and comfort working directly with clients.
- Proficiency in Python.
