Responsibilities
- Architect and maintain the Kubernetes-based Nexus Dashboard infrastructure for high availability and performance.
- Manage automated installation, configuration, deployment, and inline software upgrades for multi-node clusters across physical and virtual form factors.
- Develop infrastructure services for backup and restore, anomaly detection, audit logging, and platform observability.
- Implement centralized authentication and authorization and manage certificate lifecycles for cluster and microservice communications.
- Optimize platform scalability, resource efficiency, reliability, and performance with cross-functional engineering teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of related experience or master’s degree with 4+ years of related experience.
- Experience programming in Go and Python, including using AI-assisted development tools to write, test, and optimize code.
- Experience rapidly prototyping AI solutions and engineering AI workflows or agents.
- Experience developing, deploying, and managing microservices on Kubernetes-based orchestration platforms.
- Experience designing and implementing software test plans covering quality, reliability, and use cases.
- Understanding of computer science fundamentals and software engineering.
- Preferred: proficiency in Linux system internals, including process management, file systems, and networking.
- Preferred: understanding of distributed databases and messaging systems such as PostgreSQL, OpenSearch, and Kafka.
- Preferred: hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines.
