Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture, development, and deployment of production-grade, multi-tenant agentic AI platforms and applications.
- Build full-stack AI platform components using Python, Java with Spring Boot, React, and microservices.
- Develop and optimize multi-agent workflows using ReAct, ReWOO, and Google's Agent Development Kit.
- Build MCP servers and decoupled integration layers that enforce controlled agent-to-API communication.
- Implement advanced RAG systems including GraphRAG, LightRAG, and RAPTOR hierarchical summary trees.
- Integrate graph and vector databases, including Neo4j and pgvector, for complex data retrieval.
- Design prompt instructions and intent-classification logic for precise, collision-free workflows.
- Work directly with business SMEs as a Forward Deployed Engineer to translate enterprise workflows into agent-driven software.
- Partner with UI and workflow developers to integrate backend agentic logic with user-facing systems and enterprise APIs.
- Mentor developers, guide technical strategy, and set standards for production code quality and architecture.
Requirements
- 10+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- 5+ years of AI/ML experience, including at least 2+ years focused on generative AI, LLMs, RAG, or agentic workflows.
- 3+ years of leadership experience managing technical teams and delivering complex software or AI solutions.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Deep hands-on expertise in Python, LLM orchestration, prompt engineering, and agentic frameworks.
- Strong backend proficiency with Java and Spring Boot or Python and FastAPI, plus frontend proficiency with React.
- Experience integrating relational, graph, and vector databases such as Oracle, Neo4j, pgvector, Pinecone, or Milvus.
- Extensive hands-on experience with AWS services and infrastructure for AI/ML deployment and scaling.
- Ability to write production-grade code while mentoring junior developers and guiding technical direction.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating successful delivery of AI solutions in production business environments.
- Excellent communication skills for collaboration with business SMEs, UI developers, and platform stakeholders.
