Responsibilities
- Develop AI-native, visually appealing, high-performance interfaces for revenue teams and human-agent collaboration.
- Participate in the complete product development lifecycle from user consultations and prototyping through production delivery.
- Implement pixel-perfect frontend interfaces based on design specifications, user needs, and performance requirements.
- Build scalable asynchronous workflows, durable redundant backend systems, real-time distributed systems, and data infrastructure.
- Collaborate with design, infrastructure, applied AI, product, frontend, and backend teams to create integrated multi-agent workflows.
- Define requirements and write clean, efficient code for production-level cloud-based web applications.
- Work directly with customers through calls and collaborative solution delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, or foreign equivalent.
- At least 2 years of experience developing product features end-to-end.
- At least 2 years of experience with frontend frameworks such as TypeScript and React or similar.
- At least 2 years of experience with Python.
- At least 2 years of experience working across the stack with Flask and AWS to build production-level cloud-based web applications.
- At least 2 years of experience building large-scale real-time distributed systems and backend data infrastructure.
- At least 2 years of experience building enterprise role-based access control authentication systems and applying cloud security best practices.
- At least 2 years of experience building graph-based data resolution.
