Base Salary
$215k - $260k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI-powered features to enhance customer value.
- Integrate LLMs with existing products and systems.
- Evaluate and monitor AI systems to improve quality.
- Collaborate with AI Platform engineers to shape foundational systems.
- Mentor engineers and promote a collaborative engineering culture.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of industry experience as a software engineer.
- Experience shipping LLM-backed products and familiarity with prompting and agent frameworks.
- Proficient in designing and scaling full-stack applications, including backend systems and APIs.
- Familiarity with TypeScript, React, and Node.js, or willingness to learn.
- Experience mentoring engineers and collaborating with product and design teams.
- Background in rapidly scaling startups or large companies.
