Responsibilities
- Administer, configure, deploy, and support enterprise workload protection platforms such as Wiz and Prisma Cloud Compute across global Kubernetes environments.
- Design and maintain workload protection solutions across OpenShift, AKS, EKS, GKE, on-premises infrastructure, and public clouds.
- Partner with Kubernetes platform teams to onboard clusters and ensure consistent deployment, integration, and operation of security capabilities.
- Develop automation and deployment solutions using Helm, Argo CD, FluxCD, and GitOps practices, including integration with enterprise CI/CD pipelines.
- Manage platform configuration, upgrades, policies, lifecycle activities, availability, resilience, and security coverage.
- Troubleshoot Kubernetes, cloud, networking, deployment, and integration issues while improving reliability and scalability.
- Develop Python, PowerShell, Bash, REST API, or similar automation to improve platform operations.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, cloud, DevOps, application, platform engineering, and cybersecurity teams and communicate improvement opportunities to technology stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 6 years of experience administering enterprise Kubernetes or OpenShift platforms.
- Hands-on experience deploying and operating cloud-native security or workload protection platforms such as Wiz or Prisma Cloud Compute.
- Deep expertise with Kubernetes and Red Hat OpenShift deployment, configuration, upgrades, lifecycle management, and workload protection components.
- Strong knowledge of Kubernetes security and networking, including RBAC, Admission Controllers, Pod Security Standards, Network Policies, Ingress, Services, DNS, workload identity, image scanning, runtime protection, and TCP/IP networking.
- Experience with Helm, Argo CD, FluxCD, GitOps, GitHub, Git, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions in enterprise CI/CD environments.
- Experience with Python, PowerShell, Bash, REST APIs, and HashiCorp Vault or equivalent secrets management technologies.
- Strong Linux administration, troubleshooting, and performance tuning skills across Kubernetes workloads and AWS, Azure, and GCP environments.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of both French and English is required.
