Responsibilities

Lead large-scale AI and digital transformation programs using Microsoft technologies.
Translate business strategy into secure, scalable architectures and sector-led solutions.
Own end-to-end solution design, roadmaps, reference architectures, reusable patterns, and value realization.
Lead program execution with accountability for scope, timelines, risks, and outcomes.
Orchestrate EY and Microsoft assets, teams, and innovation across transformation engagements.
Engage C-suite stakeholders and communicate complex concepts through clear executive narratives.
Contribute to go-to-market activities, thought leadership, practice growth, and team development.

Strong commercial acumen and ability to connect technology solutions to business value.
Advanced strategic thinking, problem-solving, client relationship, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to act as a trusted executive-level advisor and lead multidisciplinary teams.
Extensive experience designing and delivering Microsoft-based solutions across Azure, AI, Data, Power Platform, and Dynamics.
Demonstrated experience leading large-scale transformation programs in a consulting or advisory environment.
Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, data platforms, and AI-driven solutions.
Preferred qualifications include Microsoft certifications across Azure, AI, Dynamics, or Power Platform; deep expertise in a priority industry sector; practice growth, pursuits, or alliance development experience; and the ability to influence, coach, and develop teams.
