Responsibilities
- Lead technical initiatives for Docker's most important customers.
- Engage with customer teams to gather technical and business goals.
- Create and manage engagement plans to achieve business objectives.
- Oversee rapid prototyping engagements with engineering and customer teams.
- Deliver custom demos and content aligned to customer use cases.
- Provide high-impact enablement and best practices content to various audiences.
- Act as a thought leader within Docker and coordinate field feedback.
- Work with product teams to prioritize customer use cases based on revenue impact.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or Solution Architect.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience managing customer relationships at both technical and business levels.
- Ability to present solutions to small and large audiences.
- Experience interfacing with internal product and engineering teams.
- Solid understanding of cloud platforms, containers, and DevOps.
- Experience with Docker or adjacent technologies is strongly preferred.
- Fluency in English and willingness to travel up to 50%.
