Responsibilities
- Present Snowflake’s AI Data Cloud technology and strategic vision to C-level executives and translate technical capabilities into business value.
- Work hands-on with customer technical teams to architect sophisticated data and AI solutions and communicate business impact and ROI.
- Serve as the primary technical advocate for customers within Snowflake and influence product roadmap and feature priorities.
- Understand customer business models, competitive landscapes, and strategic priorities to identify opportunities for Snowflake adoption and innovation.
- Lead executive briefings, strategic architecture sessions, quarterly business reviews, strategic planning sessions, and board presentations.
- Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and executive leadership to improve products based on strategic customer feedback.
Requirements
- 10+ years of industry experience with significant C-level executive exposure and a proven track record managing large enterprise accounts.
- Proven success working in Financial Services across architecture, engineering, and business units such as Retail, Business, Institutional, Wealth, and Risk.
- Experience with modern data technologies and tools, including dbt, Spark, containers, DevOps tooling, orchestration tools, and Git.
- Deep expertise in cloud data platforms, AI/ML technologies, LLMs, machine learning pipelines, MLOps, data warehousing, and modern data architecture.
- Hands-on expertise with SQL, Python, and data modeling concepts, with the ability to explain complex architectures in business terms.
- Exceptional C-level presentation and communication skills, including the ability to translate complex technical concepts into compelling business value propositions.
- Experience influencing product roadmaps, prioritizing features, and advocating internally for customer-centric development.
- Experience conducting executive briefings, board presentations, and strategic planning sessions with technical and business leaders.
- Strong internal advocacy and cross-functional collaboration experience within technology companies.
- A university degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent experience is preferred; a Master’s in Data Science or Business Administration is a plus.
- Experience facilitating C-level strategic planning focused on data and AI strategy is beneficial but not required.
