Responsibilities
- Design technology solutions that meet customer, prospect, and partner business and technical requirements.
- Support technical assessments, qualification, prospect evaluations, proofs of concept, demonstrations, and solution validations.
- Build, manage, and maintain global Innovation Solutions labs for customer demos, partners, and proofs of concept.
- Design interoperability and integration solutions with adjacent technology partners.
- Collaborate with product management, marketing, field sales, engineering, and partners on solutions, collateral, demos, and product strategy.
- Train and collaborate with technical communities and represent Netskope at partner events, industry conferences, and user groups.
- Author blogs, whitepapers, solution guides, and other technical collateral.
- Communicate Netskope solution benefits to senior security leaders, CISOs, CSOs, and CIOs.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in a similar role or technical leadership role.
- Previous experience as a Solutions Architect, Senior Solutions Engineer, or technical engineer building, architecting, or deploying security solutions.
- Proven experience working with customers and partners to successfully design and deploy solutions and help drive revenue.
- Experience implementing cloud computing solutions, including Microsoft Office 365, Azure, Google, and AWS.
- Hands-on experience with security technologies including Web Proxy, NGFW, Security Gateways, SIEMs, SAML/SSO, DLP, HSM, tokenization, and encryption gateways.
- Experience with Active Directory services, including DNS and Certificate Services; knowledge of Entra ID is desired.
- Knowledge of REST or GraphQL APIs, OAuth or JWT, HTTP/2, QUIC, LDAP, Active Directory, SAML, SCIM, TLS, IPSec, and GRE.
- Experience architecting and implementing IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS cloud services.
- Strong knowledge of security architecture, design, operations, security, and cryptography.
- Knowledge of virtualization technologies including VMware vSphere, EC2, Xen, KVM, and OpenStack.
- 2+ years of SaaS implementation experience is strongly preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, problem-solving, independent judgment, and hands-on working skills.
- Willingness and ability to travel.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
