Responsibilities

  • Lead technical engagements for Microsoft 365, Windows 365, Azure Virtual Desktop, Intune, and Entra ID through tailored demonstrations, whiteboarding, and solution workshops.
  • Own technical win strategies for assigned solution plays and drive customer intent through value-based solution design and proof-of-concept deployments.
  • Identify technical blockers, analyze competitor architectures, and communicate Microsoft’s technical differentiators in competitive deals.
  • Collaborate with partners in sell-with scenarios and ensure technical execution, readiness, and alignment.
  • Execute technical close plans and document customer intent and blockers in MSX Timeline and Customer Success Plans for post-sales handoff.
  • Achieve L200 consultative selling and L400 technical depth across key workloads and share deal learnings to improve team performance and go-to-market strategy.

Requirements

  • At least 10 years of experience in technical pre-sales, solution architecture, or consulting roles.
  • A bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field and 8+ years of technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience, or equivalent experience.
  • L200 consultative and L400 technical certifications or equivalent experience.
  • Preferred: 12+ years of technical pre-sales, technical consulting, technology delivery, or related experience.
  • Preferred: 8+ years of experience with cloud, hybrid, or on-premises infrastructure, architecture design, migrations, industry standards, and/or technology management.
  • Preferred: certification in relevant technologies or disciplines such as Azure Virtual Desktop, endpoint management, Power BI, Azure architecture and development, cloud platform technologies, or information security.
