Responsibilities
- Partner with account executives to understand enterprise requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Advise enterprise customers through Claude discovery, evaluation, adoption, integration, and deployment.
- Support customers building with the Claude API and Claude for Work.
- Create and deliver technical and business-focused content for engineering, development, and executive audiences.
- Guide scalable architecture decisions and help customers integrate Claude with existing technology stacks.
- Help customers develop evaluation frameworks for their specific use cases.
- Identify integration patterns and share insights with Product and Engineering teams.
- Travel occasionally to customer sites for workshops, technical deep dives, and relationship building.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles such as Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, or Technical Account Manager.
- Experience working with enterprise customers and complex, multi-stakeholder buying cycles.
- Strong relationship-building, technical communication, and stakeholder translation skills.
- Experience designing scalable cloud architectures and integrating enterprise systems.
- Comfort with Python.
- Familiarity with common LLM frameworks and tools, or a background in machine learning or data science.
- Ability to collaborate across organizations, manage trade-offs, and balance competing priorities.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience in a relevant field or demonstrated through relevant coursework, training, or professional experience.
