Responsibilities

  • Qualify opportunities for the OpenText ADM portfolio, including ALM Octane, Functional Testing, Performance Engineering, and Value Edge.
  • Lead client discovery and design on-premises and cloud solutions, including modernization and lift-and-shift initiatives.
  • Advise customers on test lifecycle management practices and Waterfall-to-Agile transformation.
  • Deliver customized demonstrations, executive presentations, proposals, and RFP/RFI/RFQ responses.
  • Support evaluations through proofs of concept, best practices, and technical guidance.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, partners, and delivery teams to win and transition projects.
  • Help customers adopt and scale OpenText products and realize long-term value.

Requirements

  • At least 8 years of enterprise Application Delivery Management experience.
  • Strong end-to-end Test Lifecycle Management expertise covering planning, design, execution, defect management, and reporting.
  • Proven pre-sales ability to analyze prospect needs and present appropriate on-premises or cloud solutions.
  • Experience guiding customers through Waterfall-to-Agile transformation and adoption of new tools and practices.
  • Solid SDLC knowledge; DevOps and testing automation skills are valuable.
  • Strong customer-facing presentation and demonstration experience with technical and C-level audiences.
  • Proven client success and solution-win track record.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
