Responsibilities
- Own presales end-to-end, including pipeline, solution strategy, proof-of-concept governance, and win/loss reviews.
- Lead complex enterprise AI deals from discovery through technical sign-off.
- Design and oversee POCs covering data requirements, model evaluation, integration architecture, and results framing.
- Coach Solutions Consultants on AI solutioning, technical storytelling, and commercial positioning.
- Build repeatable AI/ML playbooks, demo frameworks, and discovery guides.
- Feed structured field intelligence into Product and GTM strategy.
- Represent NiCE at industry events and customer advisory conversations.
- Lead an international team and drive CXone and Digital solutions into markets.
- Support partner enablement and provide deep technical expertise on CXone solutions.
Requirements
- 12–16 years of experience in Pre-Sales, Solution Consulting, or Sales Engineering.
- At least 3 years of experience leading a team.
- At least 2 years of hands-on AI product presales experience.
- Working knowledge of LLMs, embedding models, vector databases, inference costs, token economics, prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, and API-based AI services.
- Ability to scope and run technically rigorous POCs without requiring an engineer to translate the work.
- Commercial fluency with AI pricing models, including tokens, compute, licensing, and total cost of ownership.
- Deep experience with complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles.
- A hands-on coaching and leadership approach, including running discovery, fixing demos, and debriefing teams.
