Responsibilities
- Serve as the lead technical point of contact across multiple concurrent customer engagements.
- Build enterprise architectures and roadmaps for RAG, AI agents, automated workflows, and LLM-powered features.
- Evaluate clients’ existing architectures and AI/LLM readiness and identify gaps.
- Define AI governance models covering privacy, consent, access controls, security, and responsible-AI guardrails.
- Recommend measurement frameworks for AI output quality, accuracy, cost, and latency.
- Document reference architectures for RAG, agent orchestration, and LLM integration patterns.
- Lead workshops and communicate architecture concepts to marketers, analysts, developers, data scientists, and executives.
- Provide enablement and mentoring on product features and AI optimization while managing engagement scope, expectations, and timelines.
Requirements
- 10+ years of client-facing experience building enterprise architecture models.
- Ability to translate business vision into technical architecture and identify meaningful GenAI applications.
- Experience with API-first, SOA, and TOGAF architecture frameworks.
- Strong understanding of Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Experience Platform, and Adobe Experience Cloud.
- Working knowledge of RAG, AI agents, and engineering for accuracy, cost, and latency.
- Familiarity with an LLM orchestration framework such as LangChain or LlamaIndex and vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, or pgvector.
- Strong Python literacy and API build and integration experience across LLM and cloud-native services.
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall delivery methodologies.
- Practical experience with HTML, JavaScript, XML, Java, REST, and service-based architecture.
- Understanding of Azure and/or AWS, including Azure OpenAI and Amazon Bedrock.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Preferred experience with Adobe Customer Journey Analytics, Adobe Journey Optimizer, AI agents, LLM evaluation and observability tools, relevant Adobe certifications, consent and privacy platforms, GDPR, and CCPA.
