Responsibilities
- Lead technical architecture and solution design for complex Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and CRM implementations.
- Design end-to-end solutions covering data models, integrations, customizations, and security architecture.
- Architect Power Platform solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Power Pages.
- Provide technical governance by reviewing code, configurations, and integration designs.
- Lead technical workshops with client stakeholders and collaborate with functional, security, and infrastructure architects.
- Lead and contribute to presales activities, including technical scoping, effort estimation, and proposal development.
- Mentor and guide senior developers and technical consultants.
- Advise clients and delivery teams on emerging Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform capabilities.
Requirements
- Deep technical expertise in Dynamics 365 CE, including plugins, JavaScript, PCF controls, Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and Web API.
- Strong experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Power Pages.
- Experience designing integration architectures using Azure Integration Services, Service Bus, Logic Apps, and REST APIs.
- Experience with Dynamics 365 CE application lifecycle management, solution management, and CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps.
- Knowledge of Azure services supporting Dynamics 365 CE solutions, including Azure AD, Azure API Management, Key Vault, and Storage.
- Track record of designing and delivering complex, high-quality solutions in a consulting environment.
- Strong client-facing communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Experience mentoring and developing technical team members.
- Approximately 8–14 years of professional experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE technical delivery, including at least four years in an architecture role.
- Preferred certifications include PL-400, MB-600, and AZ-204.
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall delivery models.
