Responsibilities
- Serve as a Senior Product Architect for the insurance solutions group, focusing on Duck Creek Rating, Policy Center, and Core.
- Own technical and solution design across Duck Creek Policy, Billing, Claims, or full-suite implementations.
- Design and configure Duck Creek Rating solutions for carrier-specific pricing strategies and accurate rating outcomes.
- Develop Duck Creek Policy Center components supporting new business, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations.
- Configure Duck Creek Core to integrate rating, policy, and billing workflows.
- Translate policy administration requirements into detailed solution designs and acceptance criteria.
- Assess platform constraints, estimate effort, and propose pragmatic technical solutions.
- Create functional and technical design documents covering rating logic, policy transactions, and integration touchpoints.
Requirements
- Experience with Duck Creek Policy, Billing, and Insight is mandatory.
- Experience designing and implementing Duck Creek solutions across Policy, Billing, Claims, Rating, or the full suite.
- Ability to create scalable policy administration solutions and detailed functional and technical designs.
- Ability to collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and cross-functional delivery teams.
- Duck Creek Core and Suite certifications are optional.
