Responsibilities
- Design, build, and ship cloud-native full-stack applications with responsive frontends and scalable backend services.
- Design and implement AI agent architectures, multi-agent systems, orchestration workflows, and autonomous or semi-autonomous applications.
- Use AI-powered development tools to accelerate coding, testing, debugging, code review, and delivery.
- Work directly with customers to gather requirements, architect solutions, modernize applications, and deliver working software.
- Deploy distributed systems on AWS using infrastructure as code, CI/CD pipelines, containers, and cloud engineering practices.
- Guide customers and partners on software architecture, engineering best practices, code quality, security, and operational excellence.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor developers.
Requirements
- At least five years of cloud architecture and solution implementation experience on AWS or comparable cloud platforms.
- At least five years of hands-on development experience with modern programming languages such as TypeScript, JavaScript, Python, Java, Kotlin, or .NET.
- Knowledge of AWS services including EC2, ELB, RDS, Route 53, and S3.
- Experience using AI-assisted development tools in the software development workflow.
- Experience with infrastructure as code, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices, including tools such as AWS CDK, CloudFormation, or Terraform.
- Preferred experience designing and deploying business software at scale or working with technology infrastructure, networking, compute, storage, and virtualization.
- Preferred hands-on experience building multi-agent systems and generative AI or LLM applications using agent architectures, orchestration patterns, MCP, A2A, RAG, chat interfaces, or agent workflows.
- Preferred experience with API design and implementation, including GraphQL and gRPC, and identity protocols such as OpenID Connect and OAuth 2.0.
- Preferred experience with Docker, Amazon ECS, Kubernetes, distributed systems, event-driven architectures, and microservices patterns at scale.
- Preferred familiarity with OpenTelemetry, CloudWatch, Datadog, observability, and monitoring practices.
