Responsibilities
- Design and deliver scalable technology solutions aligned with business, customer, and operational needs.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, architecture, security, business, customer, and delivery stakeholders to define requirements and delivery approaches.
- Create solution designs, architecture artifacts, technical specifications, and implementation roadmaps.
- Lead technical discovery, analysis, and design across products, platforms, and transformation initiatives.
- Evaluate technology options, identify risks, and recommend scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions.
- Support delivery teams during implementation and ensure alignment with approved designs and architectural standards.
- Contribute to architecture frameworks, engineering practices, technology governance, innovation, and automation initiatives.
Requirements
- Proven experience in solution design, solution architecture, software architecture, technical consulting, or solutions engineering roles.
- Strong understanding of application architecture, systems integration, APIs, cloud technologies, and modern software development practices.
- Experience translating complex business requirements into practical and scalable technical solutions.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience working across cross-functional teams in agile delivery environments.
- Knowledge of security, risk, resilience, and governance considerations in enterprise technology environments.
- Customer-focused approach with the ability to balance business, user, and technical outcomes.
- Curiosity, adaptability, and an interest in solving complex technology challenges.
