Responsibilities
- Lead the development and activation of robust, scalable, secure partner offerings aligned with Microsoft Cloud priorities.
- Run technical innovation workshops, technology briefings, envisioning sessions, and architecture reviews for partner teams.
- Provide architectural guidance, resolve technical blockers, and support transformational deals that drive cloud consumption and revenue.
- Guide partners through architecture design sessions, proof-of-concepts, and MVP builds using Microsoft Cloud and AI best practices.
- Own partners’ technical strategy plans for their cloud solution areas and coach technical teams across pre-sales, deployment, and consumption.
- Build strategic relationships with partner technical teams and executives while translating technical concepts into business value.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field plus 4+ years of relevant experience, or a master’s degree in a related field plus 3+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in cloud architecture, secure solution design, and partner enablement, especially in mid-market and SMB engagements.
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical innovation workshops, architecture reviews, and build-to-consume partner engagements.
- 6–10+ years of related experience in technology IP solutions or services development, with knowledge of digital transformation drivers, cloud platforms, generative AI, and SaaS services.
- Strong knowledge of cloud and security technologies, particularly Azure, Dynamics 365, Microsoft 365, Copilot, Defender, and Purview.
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 tenant management and security, governance, and data-access best practices.
- Adoption and change-management experience or Prosci qualification is preferred.
