Responsibilities
- Drive technical wins for Gemini enterprise workloads from evaluation through customer ramp and recommend Google Cloud architectures, platforms, and application infrastructure.
- Develop and prototype customer-tailored AI and integration solutions to secure buy-in from technical stakeholders and domain experts.
- Advise customers on enterprise AI integration patterns, architectures, and technical implementation strategies while building customer relationships.
- Demonstrate and prototype Google Cloud integrations in customer and partner environments.
- Document, prioritize, and help resolve customer feature requests and issues through product and engineering management systems.
- Present Google Cloud solutions to technical stakeholders and executive leaders and represent Google Cloud at customer sites, conferences, and related events.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience with cloud-native architecture in a customer-facing or support role, including application development and integration.
- Experience with search systems, including retrieval, ranking, and search quality tuning.
- Experience presenting to technical stakeholders and executive leaders.
- Experience coding in Python, JavaScript or TypeScript, Go, or Java for customer demonstrations, prototypes, or integration workshops.
- Experience architecting AI-agent solutions that integrate models with enterprise data using RAG, Text-to-SQL, and semantic search.
- Preferred experience developing agents with LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, or Google AI Agent Development Kit.
- Preferred experience with iPaaS, API gateways, or enterprise service buses in cloud environments.
- Preferred experience with functional evaluation metrics for model and agent quality.
- Preferred knowledge of distributed tracing, logging, audit logging, integration governance, security, and short-lived credential management.
- Preferred understanding of OpenAPI and Model Context Protocol integration patterns for connecting AI agents with business systems and API gateways.
