Responsibilities
- Develop consultative relationships with customers and understand their business challenges, technical requirements, and compliance needs.
- Advise customers on AWS adoption, cloud migration, application modernization, AI solutions, and industry technology.
- Architect and deploy resilient, secure, and scalable cloud-based solutions.
- Collaborate with customers, account teams, specialists, partners, and AWS service teams to design, implement, and optimize solutions.
- Educate customers, share thought leadership, retain ownership of customer inquiries, and contribute to improving AWS products and services.
Requirements
- 5+ years of IT development or implementation/consulting experience in the software or Internet industries.
- 4+ years of experience in technology domains such as software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, or data and analytics.
- 2+ years of experience designing, implementing, or consulting on applications and infrastructures.
- Preferred: experience in software development or Internet-related industries, cloud migration or transformation, AWS technologies from a dev/ops perspective, and AWS services.
