Responsibilities
- Develop consultative customer relationships and understand business challenges, technical requirements, and compliance needs.
- Advise customers on adopting AWS services, modernizing applications, migrating workloads, and productionizing AI solutions.
- Architect and deploy resilient, secure, and scalable cloud-based solutions tailored to customer needs.
- Collaborate with customers, account teams, specialists, and partners to design, implement, and optimize cloud infrastructure and applications.
- Help customers achieve business objectives by applying AWS capabilities and industry best practices.
- Stay current with AWS services, features, and best practices and provide technical guidance and thought leadership.
- Share customer insights and feedback to support the ongoing development of AWS products and services.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of IT development or implementation/consulting experience in the software or Internet industries.
- At least 4 years of experience in relevant technology domains such as software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, or data and analytics.
- At least 2 years of experience designing, implementing, or consulting on applications and infrastructures.
- Preferred experience working in software development or Internet-related industries.
- Preferred experience migrating or transforming legacy customer solutions to the cloud.
- Preferred experience working with AWS technologies from a development or operations perspective.
- Preferred knowledge of AWS services.
