Responsibilities
- Own technical sales engagements through consultative selling, demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, Microsoft programs, and technical offers.
- Build trusted advisor relationships and co-develop secure, resilient, production-scale cloud architectures.
- Guide customers through cloud migration, modernization, optimization, and transformation using Azure services and Cloud Adoption Framework practices.
- Address technical objections and competitive challenges while partnering with Microsoft engineering teams, Global Black Belts, field communities, and partners.
- Maintain expertise across workload migration, hybrid cloud, networking, resiliency, security, compliance, and AI-enabled infrastructure.
- Share product insights and contribute knowledge to the infrastructure technical community.
Requirements
- 6+ years of technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience, or equivalent experience.
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is an alternative qualification path when combined with 6+ years of relevant experience.
- Preferred: 4+ years of experience with cloud, hybrid, or on-premises infrastructure, architecture design, migrations, industry standards, and/or technology management.
- Preferred: certification in relevant technologies or disciplines, including Azure.
